Genki Sushi Membership is open to all customers aged 18 years and above at the time of application, with a verified local mobile number.
You can download from App Store (for IOS mobile device) or Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices).
Search for “Genki Sushi” in the App Store or Google Play Store.
Download the app and register with your mobile number and an alpha-numeric password of your choice. Complete the mobile OTP verification process and you are now ready.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to register for membership without a mobile device as we need the OTP for verification.
You are advised to create a new email address.
There is no membership fee for Genki Sushi membership. The Genki Club or premium membership requires member to meet a minimum spending criterion of $68 within 62 days and Premium member requires to meet a minimum spending of $588 within 365 days.
Members from the tier 2 enjoy a different Reward points system

All redemptions are to be made in multiple of $5.
You will earn 1 point to $10 spent from your dine-in or takeaway orders at any Genki Sushi outlets in Singapore. Member must be physically present and scan the member ID barcode (from Genki Sushi Mobile App) at the point of payment. Requests on accumulation for previous or backdated receipts will not be entertained. The system may require one (01) working day to reflect the transactions, and Genki points earned. Accumulated spent and points are calculated after any points redemption of and do not include festive and promotional items, service charge and government taxes. This amount is referred to as the total nett spend.
No, Genki Sushi membership and Genki points are non-transferrable. Friends and family members keen on enjoying the same benefits can sign up as a member. Membership is free.
Members from the Club tier will automatically be upgraded to the Premium tier once they meet a minimum spending criterion of $588 within 365 days.

Unless the membership is terminated or suspended, your membership will be valid as long as the Genki Sushi Membership Programme is in operation.

Yes. Genki Sushi membership & Genki points do expire within 365 days. If you are a Club member, your membership may be downgraded to Pre-member if the annual spending of $250 is not met in the 365 days qualification period. As for Premium member, your membership may be downgraded to Club member if the annual spending of $588 is not met in the 365 days qualification period.
Yes. You may do so from the Genki Sushi mobile app by clicking on the change password via the member tab.
Please check that the mobile number given is accurate. Mobile number must be a valid 8-digit number registered in Singapore starting with the digits 8 or 9.
Please check the accuracy of your login credentials. You can also try resetting your password by clicking on “Member Tab” >> “Forget Password” link in the Genki Sushi mobile app. You will be required to enter the email address that you have registered with Genki Sushi membership.
